The task currently runs a number of checks and outputs a message in a comment on each PR:

There are 4 things we need to improve with this task:

1. Make the wording of the comment clearer, that those things are required before you can proceed with merging the PR.
2. Update the part about "Needs Review" and "Needs Team Review" ; it's outdated and still references Crew.
3. We should take that opportunity to re-work the Status labels requirements. We may not always need a status label if we get rid of the "Needs team review" label for example.
4. Improve the checks we run for testing instructions / privacy section: we need to do more than just check for the heading.
