When someone creates a Newsletter (aka enables the feature) we default the reply-to
option to this one:
Which doesn't make a lot of sense. The default option should be Replies will be sent to the post author's email

- Create a JN site
- Connect Jetpack
- Connect WordPress.com account
- Enable Newsletter (Jetpack > Settings > Newsletter)
- Scroll down to see the
reply-to
section

If the above answer is "Yes...", outline the workaround.
Users can manually change the default, but most of them don't (mainly because they're not aware of the feature). This means they'll end up sending newsletter issue that nobody can reply.
