1. Launch a JN site
2. Install Jetpack Backup
3. Click Log in .
4. Expect to be redirected to the checkout/cart page
5. Expect to see an item on the cart.
6. Remove it
7. Attempt to continue the flow.
8. Expect to be trapped in a Loop
