Simple Payments: missing "Pay" button in Customizer

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Start with a site with a Premium or Pro Jetpack plan.
2. Go to Appearance > Customize > Widgets
3. Add a Simple Payments widget
4. The widget's Pay button will not be displayed in the customizer:
