Description
I noticed that if you use
--ignoreor--onlywithharper-cli lintwith the wrong rule names, that you get warnings about them for every file.Now it filters those lists, printing any warnings, once before it starts iterating through the files to lint them.
How Has This Been Tested?
Manually.
