flag incorrect spelling for words that are correct

Description

Provide a detailed description of the false positive flagged by Harper.
Note: Using the Obsidian plugin
I've noticed Harper will incorrectly flag common words as incorrect spelling. See below, so far I've encountered "sigil" "oversized"

Also, an incorrect flag for multi name countries. "United States" is flagged to be incorrect, and it wants to change it to "United states"

Is it only flagging a non-error or is a spurious fix also suggested?

If the problem is not obvious, some online resources clarifying the relevant grammar point can be useful.
Dictionary as a resource. Sigil is a word in the dictionary. So is oversized.

Hey @saltysteev, I'm looking into your problem right now. I assume you're on the latest version of Harper (v0.23.0)?

Alright. @saltysteev, I've found the problem. It should only be affecting v0.23.0. It does not exist on master. Once we push out a new release, this issue should be resolved.

Thanks for the Quick Look @elijah-potter - yes it’s the latest plugin version which looks like 0.23.0.
