Please run roslaunch robot_driving physical_robot_control.launch and connect your mobile device to you ROS Master and try to see if /pub_vel changes accordingly. That is, with the first press of the button the value goes up to 108 and only changes if the button is pressed a second time

Please test also the write launch file. Further tests on this by me should also be done.
