Update to support AutoMapper 11.x

Current version is marked as supporting >= 10.0.0 && < 11.0.0, so a warning is generated when updating AutoMapper to the newly released 11.0.0.

I think one of the maintainers of the repo will have to trigger a release to have it be published to NuGet. As far as I can see the PR only built an alpha release version which was pushed to a private AutoMapper myGet repository.

@jbogard, unfortunately something went wrong with the release. An incorrect version (2.0.1-alpha.0.1) of the package was created. I can't find anywhere how to change that version. Please can you help me?

Fixed! The original tag was v2.0.0.1 which isn't valid SemVer. It needs to be major.minor.patch, so I deleted that one and added the v2.0.1 tag.
