This removes the power that allows changeling to get genome points via stealth. It is still awful and bad game design.
Why?
Because it is still some reward for zero effort, it is a really cheap and easy way to get the best powers without suffering the risk of being caught.
Also, fixed the ling's human body not being deleted when the horror form is killed.
