Backbag Strap settings are the same across account characters

If you have one character that has the Backbag Strap set to hidden, thick, or normal, they all do.
Instructions to recreate:
Set one character's Backbag Strap to hidden, thick or normal straps, save.
Load a different character with different settings, they will now have the same strap settings as the previous character.

If this is intentional, it really shouldn't be. Different strap settings will compliment different designs.
