What changed
Updates the final proof report to record the completed GitHub release, verified public npm installation, and the configured-but-not-yet-exercised trusted publishing path.
The report generator now defaults to neutral unverified publication values instead of preserving a stale authentication-blocked state.
Impact
The public evidence package now matches the actual alpha.2 release state. No runtime package code or npm artifact changed.
