Include lossRates and productionRates units in manual #546

Hello! During RSE@Manchester work, we noticed the manual doesn't currently state units for lossRates and productionRates, which I believe are molecule/cm^3/s. Please state the units at least in section 3.6.3 of manual, and possibly in section 4.5.1.
