Add connection timeout as a per request setting

Currently connection timeout is only settable on the pool through AsyncHttpClientConfig. Can connection timeout be added to PerRequestConfig so this value can be controlled at the request level?

Just wondering: I don't see this yet in the 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT and I suppose that you will not change PerRequestConfig (which is deprecated) but introduce it into the request builder, right?

I'd like more time before a 1.8 release as there are several new features/fixes that have been applied to the Netty provider but not to the Grizzly provider. I need to find some free time to port these changes over.

@slandelle not sure if we can port it to 1.7. This would change api, that was the reason for 1.8 target. But patch should apply cleanly to 1.7 as it was developed agains it.
