docs: sync examples with Vane 0.1.0

Summary

• pin runnable tutorial source links and wheel setup to the Vane v0.1.0 release
• replace the removed Multimodal Structured Outputs tutorial with the bilingual Basic Prompt example while preserving legacy redirects
• refresh navigation, solution copy, generated manifests/LLM exports, and regression coverage
