Asset organization in RPG Maker is a nightmare as it only allows picking files only directly under a certain directory.
Describe the solution you'd like
By allowing the picker to browse through sub-directories, developers would be free to organize their assets as they see fit, instead of chucking all assets of the same type under one directory.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Naming conventions such as blue_npc_silver help mitigate the problem, but it makes finding files more difficult.
