Get feedback from scientific communities

At some point when the current issues have been resolved, an email should be sent out to the scientific communities related to solar radiation measurements. These could include

• BSRN community
• IEA PVPS Task 16
• participants of the International Pyrheliometer Comparison (IPC).

Alternatively also some additional meteorological communities, e.g., GAW and AERONET.
