[Bug] Simultaneous Calls for Custom Events with Delay Nodes

When multiple clients call the same custom event on the server side that involves delay, the latter call might overwrite the former call causing the former to interrupt halfway and give unexpected behaviours.

Current idea is to use Event Dispatcher to schedule execution of code blocks after delay
