Settings get lost when updating to new version #61

Describe the bug
When updating OpenNetMeter all settings from previous usage are gone.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download new version from github and extract content to some directory
  2. close running OpenNetMeter, copy extracted content to program dir and overwrite existing files
  3. start OpenNetMeter

Expected behavior
Remember the settings after copying new files to program dir.
Don't create for every version a new folder under AppData of user (see Screenshot)

App and Windows Version (please complete the following information):

  • Windows Specs: Windows 10 Pro x64 (21H2)
  • OpenNetMeter Version: any in the past (last time when updating from 0.12.0 to 01.12.1)

Additional context
Settings (only settings, not history data) are gone

  • Start program on windows startup not active (was active)
  • Dark mode gets lost
  • Network to monitor gets set back to Both (was on public)
  • and so on

Workaround
Get to c:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\OpenNetMeter\OpenNetMeter_Url* and copy user.config from the folder of the previous version to the folder of the new version
