Hangs on IE8

Just FYI, your plugin hangs up when used with IE8. I eventually get the "a script is taking too long message".

Thanks Gary! I didn't notice it before as it was working fine when emulating IE 8 in IE 9. However, I managed to reproduce it with IETester and have since made the fix.

The issue was with the function $.fn.commonAncestor taken from http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3217147/jquery-first-parent-containing-all-children. A jQuery object was mistakenly treated as an array in a for loop.
