Troubleshooting

Startup issues:

You are likely missing updated graphics drivers, get the latest ones from your GPU manufacturer's website.

You need to install the MSVC runtime library, you can get it here (x86) or here (x64).

For whatever reason, the program is not picking up your piano. Try restarting your device.

Exit all programs which could be reading your MIDI piano's input or restart your device.

You are playing a game which doesn't support sustain, 88 keys or velocity. Turn off these features or play on the newer game.

Put your game in fullscreen mode using F11 or Alt + Enter. This is caused by the velocity feature, so you can turn that off if you want to.

There's no solution to this problem, to bypass it you could listen to your piano and mute the sound from your computer.
