[Patched in Dev] Titanium gear wheel in Bob's Logistics & non-overhauled inserters

When starting a game with Component Overhaul and Bob's Logistics but non-overhauled inserters, six different inserter types are not craftable:
They require titanium gear wheel, but there is no recipe to make those.

Affected recipes:

• express-filter-inserter
• express-inserter
• express-stack-filter-inserter
• express-stack-inserter
• stack-filter-inserter
• stack-inserter

How to reproduce
Either sync to savefile angelindustries_boblogistic.zip
Or

• Angel's Industries & activate "Component overhaul (beta)"
• Bob's Logistics & deactivate "Inserter overhaul"

I can see the problem code... I don't know how this didn't get reported earlier... (occurs during the data-updates stage), but is somehow not getting picked-up.

and a few other lines in the same file need to be tweaked... I have patched this now in dev.
