Update Angel's Industries Component & Science overhaul

Hi! I think I made the component & science overhaul work for 2.0.
If you don't mind, please consider merging: #1279

My current focus is on updating Sea Block. So I won't be looking at Components or Tech overhauls for a while sorry. When I eventually do, they will be getting a significant amount of rework. Not just a direct port over. Industries mod did too many different things so it is being split up and deprecated. Other than Components and Tech, everything else that it did has already been merged into other mods and released.

Ok. I just thought as I like playing it and did not want to wait longer before starting my first 2.0 game, others might be interested as well - so I wanted to save them the effort. :)
