Overview
The toolkit docs generator workflow now supports toolkit allow/deny controls via --exclude-file and --ignore-file, and documents the semantics (ignore = skip only; exclude = skip and delete existing outputs/rebuild index). Default list files are added/used and .worktrees/ is gitignored.

Toolkit/tool definition types are extended with optional per-tool Engine metadata (classification.serviceDomains and behavior flags), and regenerated toolkit JSON outputs now include this metadata block for many tools.

Docs content is updated for better cross-platform setup (adds PowerShell variants for .env/env var commands), fixes a telemetry page title typo, and adjusts integrations navigation (adds YugabyteDB; removes Google/Microsoft entries).
