Environment
- OpenLogi: development build based on
master at bdaa2e3
- Operating system: macOS 26.5.2 (arm64)
- Device: MX Master 3 via a Unifying receiver
What happened?
The main window shows the connected device after inventory enumeration completes, but the native macOS Device menu continues to show No devices connected. The menu is installed before AppState receives the first device inventory and is not rebuilt when that inventory changes.
Expected behavior: the native Device menu should refresh when the displayed device records change and list the same devices as the main window.
Steps to reproduce
- Connect a supported Logitech device.
- Launch OpenLogi and wait for the main window to show the device.
- Open the native macOS Device menu.
- Observe that it still shows No devices connected.
Hardware verification
Reproduced on macOS 26.5.2 with an MX Master 3 connected through a Unifying receiver.
