The show all button now updates on exclude 'not a bug' toggle action.
Table data is updated when the exclude 'not a bug' toggle action is invoked.

Feature:
(i) Not a bug toggle added into drawer and translation added for the toggle label.
(ii) Filter Recap added for Excluded 'not a bug'. Clear all filters behaviour extended to support exclude 'not a bug'.
(iii) Dropdown component updated to deactivate not a bug when the toggle is on.
(iv) Results in the table updates when not a bug is excluded from drawer and dropdown.
