What I did
See workaround in
ape-etherscan: ApeWorX/ape-etherscan#128if your provide becomes disconnected, and you are switching around, getting back to it, it lets you enter the context but it is no longer connected. this pr fixes that.
How I did it
check if disconnected when grabbing cached.. if not, reconnect.
