This PR addresses the issues identified with the signup card's user interface. The changes made include:
Layout Adjustment:
Improved spacing for the signup card to ensure it does not stick to the top and bottom of the page. This adjustment creates a more visually appealing design consistent with the login card.
Close Button Enhancement:
Enlarged the close button to enhance user interaction and improve overall usability.
