SC: can't run `unit_test` to conclusion

on 5cc335e I can't run unit_test to completion -- there are errors of wasm allocation failure.

This is probably due to wasm_allocator not cleaning up its resources in its dtor and exhausting some memory limit

ctest runs fine, presumably because it splits up execution of unit_test to the point that no one process exhausts resources

Thanks for checking on this! The problem was eosvm wasm_allocator does not define destructor. I am going to add it.
