SC: Add tests for functions without parameters, not returning a value, or returning a zero-sized value

Three tests will be added:

1. A function does not have parameters, get_call_data() should return 0
2. A void func(), get_call_return_value() should return 0
3. A function returns zero-length value, like an empty string, get_call_return_value() should return 0
