add tips for Hinet users in TW

I replaced RTF8207W from ASKEY to DFP-34X-2C2 successfully.
In TW, Hinet locks OMCI information on OLT but it can be unlock by calling support center.

The HWVER of RTF8207W should be RTF8207W, not REV1.
Usually, the hardware version shown on the Web UI is fake for Hinet customized ONT.
I've created a PR to correct it and add some ONT SKUs for Hinet.
