…QubeAPI class for issue management.

  1. improve the cli of remediate_repos.py (--token)
image 2. add method to save all issues into a json file. image 3. add SonarQubeAPI class, which can find all issues of a repo, find all issues of a file, get information(description, how to fix etc.) of a issues, check scanning status, save all issues of a repo into a json file and print some useful information. image image
