feat: replace default app icon with a custom W monogram - #18

Generated the full icon set (ico/icns/png) from a new source SVG via tauri icon, replacing the create-tauri-app placeholder. Matches the indigo W badge already used in the in-app header. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
