feat: minimize to system tray instead of quitting on close - #17

Closing the main window now hides it instead of exiting - reminders keep firing while it's hidden. Adds a tray icon with Show/Quit menu items; Show reuses the same window-restore logic as the Ctrl+Shift+N shortcut. Quit is the only way to actually exit now that the window's close button no longer does. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
