DIfferent behavior in Firefox and Chrome

When i have a dtp with the max date like "2019-05-01 12:30:00" and i try to incremet hours or minutes, in Chrome, nothing happens (correct). But, in Firefox, the dtp increments normally minutes and hours (wrong).
