Parkinson's Telemonitoring using Machine Learning

This project utilizes various machine learning algorithms to analyze the Parkinson's Telemonitoring dataset, aiming to predict Parkinson's Disease progression and estimate UPDRS (Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale) scores.

Key Features

  • Implemented machine learning models including Linear Regression, Support Vector Regressor (Grid Search CV), Decision Tree (Grid Search CV), Gradient Boost, Ada Boost (Decision Tree), and TensorFlow Keras Dense (5 layers).
  • Optimized feature space using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to reduce multicollinearity and dimensionality.
