Include typesense and ColBERT ranking results in db logs

Description

In order to improve the ongoing optimization of the retrieval stage of the pipeline, we should store the ranking results together with the final output. This will simplify benchmarking when making changes to the search phrase database.

Additional Information

Include the relevant ranking values from typesense for each document, per phrase and from ColBERT, per document (url)
