As a user, I want the PDF settings in the Innhold panel to be converted to a +-link

This issue has been discussed with @Annikenkbrathen.

The PDF settings can be made available in a plus link, like the other settings in this panel. That will make the whole Andre innstillinger panel tidier and easier to read for the user.

The text for the new plus link needs to be amended. See suggestion in comment.

Additional Information

Suggested text for plus link: "Innstillinger for PDF". Remove the parentheses and the word pageBreak.
