As a user, I want the switch for "Innstillinger for ledetekst" to be moved up to the other switches in the "Andre innstillinger panel

Description

This task ha been discussed with @Annikenkbrathen. This switch sits kind of lonely at the bottom of the "Innhold" panel. It can be grouped with the other switches at the top of the panel.

A subtask should be to make a better text for it, so that the user understands what it´s for, without to much wording and the parentheses.

Text suggestion for the switch: Vis feltet som valgfritt (Remove the existing heading and just keep the switch text, as for the other switches)
