Optimisation of the text page

Description

Overhaul of the text page for better performance when there are many text resources to load.

Currently the text page takes somewhere between 0 to 30 seconds or more to load. This depends on the amount of text resource and which languages are chosen.

Possible optimisation:

• Move filtering to the backend
• Lazy loading for texts
