As a user, I would like to see at "last used" date on the new task cards in the form designer

Description

This will help users quickly pick up where they left, if they started designing a form one day and want to continue the next.

Placement suggestions: We could add a label like "Sist brukt" + a date variable either right behind the Oppgave + name, or just above the Utform button, flushed right or left.

We could also simplify and only show the label text, not the date, since the card last used date must be fetched to show that text anyway.
