Navigation bug when creating new task

Description of the bug

When the user gives the task a name, local storage isn't updated with the selected layout set custom name.

• Update local storage with custom name in recommended action

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to utforming page
2. Click on create task
3. Add a new task
4. Click on go back to utforming

As discussed in planning:
The behaviour we want is for the user to return to the "main" Utforming page in all cases.
