Retrieve global settings

Questions to @Annikenkbrathen about these global settings:

• Vis Navigasjonsmeny: delete all navigation config if the switch is turned off? Removes content in taskNavigation in UiSettings? Will rest of switches be hidden then? And what happens when it is turned on.
• Vis alle oppgavene i navigasjon: what is difference between this one and the one above?
• Vis sidene som frittstående: what config is this?
• Vis utfyllingstatus: unclear to keep this. Because this isn't global config.
