Unable to set imagePullSecret for crdHook image.

Enabling crdHook makes the helm chart use bitnami/kubectl:latest, however replacing it with a custom image doesn't allow setting imagePullSecret. Notice there's no imagePullSecret definition in the crd-install-job.yaml template.
