General description
Think about monitoring system for amount of logged-in users and restricting new users to play battle if a certain limit is over. Another way to handle "too much players" at the same time could be allowing to play only certain amount of battles per day/hour for one player. The player being in the game UI itself should not cause any troubles for the server.
Things to notice
The reason for limiting amount of players is Photon Fusion restrictions, or the fee that has to be paid in case the limit is exceeded.
