Rerun all flaky tests, also with require (HardwareXXX.pxp only)
Shuffle testsuite and testcase order; For HardwareXXX.pxp the test suites UTF_VeryLastTestSuite.ipf and UTF_HardwareTestsWithBUG.ipf must be kept the last ones (in that order)
