hPSCreg Certification links are not working

Each clone has its own hPSCreg certification. The designs have been adjusted to account for this by turning the hPSCreg button into a dropdown button.

*Note that the arrow on the dropdown button does not reverse on click in my prototype but it should function like all dropdown arrows.

each clone has it's own, so to include these we need to design a place for them that makes sense. For now, we should remove the button that's not doing anything.
