refactor(net): pass request header

  • 让使用stream.GetRangeReadCloserFromLink发起请求的行为跟本地代理的一致，例如 Crypt 驱动
  • Close Crypt 降速 #8008

feat(proxy): add Etag to response header

  • 添加Etag响应头的作用之一：在浏览器重启之后 继续播放视频时 加载变快
