fix: add missing HoneyGuardLog migration and regression test

Hi Alihtt—thanks for the great project, This PR fixes the pending migrations warning while adding a regression guard.

Summary

• add the missing 0002 migration so HoneyGuardLog schema changes no longer trigger “unapplied migrations” warnings
• add a regression test (tests/test_migrations.py) that runs makemigrations --check --dry-run and surfaces a clear error when a migration is missing
• document the fix/test under the “Unreleased” section of docs/changelog.rst
