jetSpectraCharged.cxx:

• Added configurable applyRCTSelections (default: true) to allow toggling RCT (Run Condition Table) quality flag checks in
  collision selection

trackEfficiency.cxx:

• Added finer binning for track pT resolution histograms, separating low-pT (0–10 GeV, 100 bins) and high-pT (10–100 GeV,
  90 bins) regions
• Allows more precise study of momentum resolution which is critical for precise track tuning using real data and MC correction map and tracking systematic uncertainties.
• Maximum values for y axis are checked and confirmed safe for 0--100GeV tracks in data and MC as well.
