Version 0.9.2 Windows and Mac executables

The release marks the first official distribution of executable for Windows and Mac.

Windows versions includes executable files for the Smoke Monster scripts as of the day of creation of the this release, I may update this files in the future but if you wan to use the latest versions with the UI a local installation of Python would be advised.

changed version to 0.9.1

Replaced windows with dialogs for Build and Parse command buttons.
About window replaced with dialog.
The percentage of completion for build is now displayed on the new success dialog, as well as the status bar.
